SSI SCHAEFER’S warehouse management system, provides information for continuous transparency and control of all operating processes.

The sophisticated system architecture of the platform independent “ant” system spans all industry sectors. User orientation is reflected in its’ modular set-up and the available user surface. It is our goal to provide an adequate user surface for each job function. Our products range from mobile hand-held devices to Java based client- and web-dialogues to pick-to-light and pick-to-voice systems. The standardized framework is based on the extensive experience gained by SSI SCHAEFER from numerous completed projects and meets current scope of supply market demands. Adaptation to individual customer needs is simple and flexible and accomplished via an interactive and incremental approach based on the latest methods of the so-called evolutionary software development.

The “ant“-system contains many recognized functions (e.g. goods receipt, storage location optimization, replenishment of supplies, order picking, packaging and dispatch) and offers maximum integration capability into the customer specific IT-scenery. Due to the scalability and adaptability of “ant” the customer receives a precisely tailored solution without unnecessary components.
